We truly appreciate your purchase and hope you’re fully satisfied with your order. However, if for any reason you are not completely happy with your Prinkesto product, you may return it to us for a full refund or exchange. Please review our return policy guidelines below.
📦 RETURNS
All returns must be initiated within two (2) days of the delivery date. Returned items must be in unused, original condition, with all original packaging, labels, and inserts intact.
🔁 RETURN PROCESS
To return an item:
Email our support team at prinkesto@gmail.com to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Once you receive your RMA, securely repackage the item in its original box or packaging.
Send your return to the following address (to be provided with your RMA).
Note: Customers are responsible for return shipping charges. We strongly recommend using a trackable courier service to avoid lost packages.
💸 REFUNDS
Once we receive and inspect your return:
Please allow 2 working days from the date of receipt for processing.
Refunds or exchanges will be issued based on the original payment method.
You will receive a confirmation email once the return has been processed.
❌ NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
The following items are not eligible for return or exchange:
Items that are damaged, used, or tampered with
Customized or reconfigured QR codes
Activated or linked QR cards
Returns requested after 2 days of delivery
Sale or discounted items (Final Sale)
For damaged or defective products, please contact us immediately upon delivery to arrange a refund or replacement.
